Small Cell Lung Cancer Cure
Today's Article
The diagnosis of small cell lung cancer seems hopeless. Or is it?
A small cell lung cancer cure is not easy to come by. This is why it is best to live your life to the fullest and healthiest possible before you ever have a chance at getting small cell lung cancer.
When it comes to finding a small cell lung cancer cure, you should look at your habits. Do you eat a lot of red meat? Do you eat a lot of sugar? Do you work in an environment that is unhealthy for your body and your lungs? Do you smoke? These are the things you can change in your life that can help eradicate the chances of ever getting small cell lung cancer.
First things first. If you smoke, quit smoking. Of course, this is not easy to do. You can either join one of the many different quit smoking programs out there today, or you can get nicotine gum or patches to help with your efforts. Another way to quit smoking is to go to a hypnotist. They can talk you into believing you do not want to smoke, causing you to quit smoking the very same day. No matter how you quit, just do it. It is for the best of your lung health.
If you work in an environment that is not healthy, make sure you ask for things like masks and respirators if needed. Also, wear gloves and make sure you wear clothing that is specifically for work, changing your clothes before you leave work so you do not carry any carcinogens home with you.
Take a good look at your diet. Lessening the amount of red meat you eat is one way to make sure you do not get cancer. Another way is to eliminate excess sugar from your diet. These are things that can cause cancer cells to grow quicker, and small cell lung cancer is a fast growing cancer. If diet can make the cancer cells grow slower, you should change your diet as quickly as possible.
Making all of these little changes in your life will definitely work toward finding a small cell lung cancer cure. Once you actually have the cancer, you need to get treated. But, if you make these changes prior to getting cancer, you might prevent yourself from ever having to deal with small cell lung cancer.
Remember, the best cures for small cell lung cancer are to prevent it from occurring at all.
